Wall Street's First In-Kind Contribution to Warren

https://www.cnbc.com/2019/09/26/wal...rs-may-back-trump-if-warren-is-nominated.html

If you really think this, why would you say it out loud? In particular this one:

“I think if she can show that the tax code of 2017 was basically nonsense and only helped corporations, Wall Street would not like the public thinking about that,” this executive said, also insisting on anonymity.
Anyone who is not on welfare would be nuts to vote for Warren or Sanders.

Frankly, if Trump is nominated in 2020, I dont think the Dem nominee will need Wall Street money. It is time for hedge funders and bankers to pay their share.

To implement all of Warrens give away social programs every taxpayer in the USA will have to pay twice what they are paying now

Even Sanders is criticizing her for not being honest with the American people about what her social programs would cost

Trump will eat her alive, even Indians won’t vote for her

Warren is different than Sanders. I think he's more of a traditional tax and spend socialist. I think she's more technical, thinking more about how regulation can work better for the average Joe in situations where the balance of power favors corporations (think of her love for the CFPB.) Yes, she proposes tax increases/increases in the size of the government, but I don't view them as the same.

Warren and Sanders's proposals, IMO, are probably more beneficial to the working class than to people who are actually poor.

The biggest hypocrites in American politics are people like Mulvaney who spout this nonsense on a daily basis about wanting to reduce the size of the govt. One fun part of the Trump era is watching him emasculate these people.
