The Empire Strikes Back is the most obvious to me.
Empire Strikes Back is WIDELY considered the best of the 9. I'd put New Hope 2nd.

My grandpa worked on the train after ww2 until he saved up enough money to build his own greenhouse business. Then saved up to build a nursery business as well. One of the hardest working men I knew.
