The teams ahead of them on this list ... with CRAZY numbers of wins ... Does this mean they've won several state titles in a row? I assume that but wondered if there was any ???? oddities in this particular record. That Alaska team might beat the same three schools over and over and over! That's not a very populated state!

I lived in Wagoner for some time. Hardscrabble community in south of Tulsa. Lots of diversity for a small, rural community, hard working, lots of really good people there.
They take their football seriously in Oklahoma and even in a small, relatively poor community, their football facilities were state of the art. Pretty amazing.

Sadly, I will not be at the game this year. I do plan on listening and/or streaming the game. I am not from Higginsville but Odessa. We played against Higginsville and I have several friends from there. So seeing them make it this far is pretty cool. Unfortunately, I believe Lamar will win this by a sound margin, but that doesnt mean the pot cant be stirred a little! I will take your $10 bet! Game on!
If not for the last play hook and ladder score in 2013 or the last play blocked field goal in 2014 against Class 4 Carl Junction, Lamar would have something like an 84 game winning streak. But, like my old coach used to say, "If ifs and buts were candy and nuts.........I guess it could go the other way also. Lamar was a play away from the streak being snapped the past two weeks and in 2015 against MV Liberty.
