Did Miller win the district in 2011? They lost to Skyline bad after skyline beat GF 21-0.

That was the previous system. 2nd place 8-2 lockwood lost their district to 5-5 greenfield.

If "Lockwood w/Golden City" wins state, does Golden City get to hang a 2017 State Football Champions banner?

Would Greenfield get one too since they had kids on Lockwoods team as well. I mean it's not a legal co-op but still...
