And FLATTENING THE CURVE, was about one thing and one thing only, bringing down the case capacity and so long as they are not overwhelmed, that's all you can hope for.
WHY we do not have a cure at this point.
Even the hype talks about the vaccines is not doing a service to the public. It's a possibility that vaccines developed are not widely adopted or full proof. We don't have a good record of hastily implementing vaccines in the middle of a pandemic.
