The Ritenour Huskies coached by Mike Nelke was unlucky tonight and will be unlucky in class 5 district 4 for the next two years. Ritenour will compete in district 4 with Chaminade and SLUH for the next two years. Ritenour has a very good Junior class with good size and appear to be very skilled.
Ritenour competed in 2016 with 3 very good sophmores and a junior. They are now three juniors, a senior and came very closed to defeating highly rated Webster tonight. The score was 67-65 Webster when point guard Rob Hughes hit a 3-pointer but stepped out of bound ( With 5.5 second remaining in the 4th quarter )as he released the ball. Webster had the ball out of bound but was called for a 5 second count. Ritenour inbounded the ball to Rob Hughes who drove toward the basket for the tie but the shot fell short as the buzzers sounded.
The Huskies ended their season in 2016 when state champions Chaminade won 103-49. Ritenour will return one of the top front lines in St. Louis for 2018. They will also be three year starters for the Huskies but must find a way to defeat Chaminade and SLUH who will remain in class 5 district 4 for this year and next. Yes indeed Ritenour was unlucky tonight against Webster, and will be unlucky in district 4 for the next two years

Carte'are played very good tonight. He was 12-15 from the field and eleven rebounds. Webster must deal with SLUH @ SLUH in two days, this may not be enough time for the Webster Statesmen to adjust to Carte'are and defeat a powerful team like the Junior Bills coached by Erwin Claggett.

The Webster Statesmen are working their magic to perfection against the under manned Junior Bills. Webster up by 18 points.
