Marc Short is Mike Pence 's Chief of staff has tested positive for Covid-19 and is in Quarantine. Mike Pence has tested negative but has been in close contact with Marc Short and will not not Quarantine and continue on the campaign trail. Pence will wear a mask except when he is making a speech. Campaigning is important 7 days before election but should Mike Pence " Quarantine " and follow the same the guideline that all American?
