Trump is back to reading the script at his renewed daily covid press conferences. He went weeks without talking about covid after ending his daily briefings, and somebody has convinced him he needs to address covid and tell people the plan on what we are doing nationally. He's been staying on script without the exaggerations, actually promoting masks, social distancing, cancelling the GOP convention, backpedaled on withholding fed aide if schools didn't open on time - suddenly he's the poster boy on covid awareness. I think he got the message that he can't go on just saying the virus will suddenly disappear.
