This is pretty common in all countries. Canada also has a “Golden Visa” program that requires the immigrant to invest a minimum of $250,000 and I think there are two levels above that for very rich people wanting to move to a stable western country

Have you been told that there will not be any vetting? If so I believe that to be incorrect, I've read several articles on this subject (from approved leftist cult propaganda sources) and most/all of them mention a vetting process.
So this is out. thoughts? not saying I am against it but wow tax free income overseas. That would mean if they are owners of companies there would be a huge incentive to leave those companies where they are and not invest in America.

At 5 million a pop that will cover a lot of overseas income tax, plus Trumpus Maximus said he is going to tariff companies that do business is the US so maybe that will shake a few shekels from the oligarchs?
