Do you know what you need in a pandemic? Ventilators. Do you know what we need to care for respiratory failures? Ventilators. Medical workers need masks, N95 masks. None of the super-serious pretenders were calling for these. N95 stockpile was depleted in 2008.
Bottom line, no one was taking it super seriously. Trump's non-seriousness attitude is not the bar that says Democrats would've done better. Schumer, Pelosi, Obama, Schiff, all stink.

People who get Easy back room deal gov. jobs that have limited value to the gov. organization other than to make their lives easier and to in rich themselves on the public dime, tend to be angry and look for revenge by any means possible when exposed and removed from the gov tit.

Boots on the ground and resources are what is needed, but that never happens with the Feds.

What the public doesn't understand is that those organization exist not for the public good first, but to maintain their status,budget and power...then the public is served sometimes.
