Parsons just finished his daily briefing and he said Trump giving prime time speech tonight. Parsons said he is extending stay at home order until Sunday May 4, and begin on Monday May 5 lifting stay at home orders in areas with low infection risk so people can go back to work but maintaining common sense precautions. He said absolutely different opening dates for different areas of the state, and hinted major metro areas will open later. By announcing now, businesses can get things like face masks if needed line up before May 5th.
Parsons said govs were on conference call with prez today, so I suspect trumpy gave the word today to states, and all the states will follow about the same procedures as Parsons said MO will follow.
