Rock playing that very demanding schedule is paying off. They were very impressive especially in the fourth quarter tonight at LSW, an outstanding team. I agree next week is a tossup. This may be the game I select to attend. At this stage of the season they all get fun!

They have quite the skill position talent for sure. C6 in the Metro has been something else this year many top teams and BOTH Blue Springs teams will play for the D3 title.

Rockhurst will make Park Hill beat them. Go ahead and go 5-wide. Expect 3 yard gains. I doubt that Rockhurst D gets beat deep.

Not sure it would have changed the score but West had two or three big penalties in the 4th quarter that didn’t help their cause.

I think Rock beats PH and BS beats BSS next Friday.

difference is when park hill goes 5 wide they are throwing deep. LSW goes 5 wide and runs the QB up the middle. LSW play calling leaves a lot to be desired. LSW QB missed a ton of open receivers. why does he switch QB's in the middle of an off. series for 1 or 2 plays? undiciplined and under coached. Park hill will actually use their weapons. PH by 13.

if I was LSW I would get Fred Bouchard ib the phone today. Ask if him if he's done playing desk jockey.

Setting up THE Metro rivalry there..............no matter who wins these two games the KC Metro is guaranteed to make the title game in Springfield. THAT is what matter most to me. Best of luck to all four!

I've seen Park Hill twice this season vs.Blue Springs and Lees Summit West. Park Hill runs the FB just fine. They can force you to pick your poison... pass/run. Their speed at the skill positions will surprise you. If Rock is to win this game, they will have to win the battle up front.

As a Park Hill fan, I certainly do not feel confident going into this game. I agree with Homey though that PH's offense can change dramatically depending on the opponent. They have no problem going 5 wide and throwing every down or handing the ball off to Dorian Clayton on 80% of plays ... whatever works.

They can't have another slow start like last night; that wasn't the first time this season being shut out in the first half. That can't happen against Rockhurst.

The Rock just finds ways to win games when it matters. As I stated previously, Rockhurst was 0-3 against Class 6 Top 10 teams coming into districts. It would not shock anyone for them to go 2-0 against the Top 10 in districts and continue on. Park Hill was the better team last year and lost to them so ... we'll see.
