Who will be the top Class 3 teams this year?

I wouldn't be shocked to see 4 new final 4 teams, considering the hits that Perryville, PHill, St. Pius, and Westminster took from graduation (and transfers in Westminsters case). On the western half I could see O'Hara making a strong run after a couple of down years, and either Carl Junction or Lo-Rog making a strong push.

Dexter was going to be really stacked this season in Southeast Missouri, but two of their best players are not playing. They will still be good, but probably not as strong enough to make it past Notre Dame or Perryville in Districts.
