I saw what he said and I have no idea what is supposed to wrong with it. ANYBODY that comes here from another country needs to do their best to assimilate or they will have hard time doing well here. If they learn to speak the language and be able to communicate well it will be much easier to get a decent job or even start their own business and make it work.

I have to agree and that would be the case in any Country not just America. If you plan to live and make a go of it in another Country it is going to be much easier on you if you are able to speak the language even if limited.
