It’s perfectly legal according to the Justice Department. Nothing at all wrong with asking another government to assist in an investigation. Since Trump is technically the head of the Justice Department he can investigate anything he wants.
Biden is not above investigation and prosecution just because he is running for office.
The FBI investigated Trump while he was running what’s the difference??
