After playing Reeds Spring for 6 years in a row we were uncertain about the town we were going to for our week 1 game. Some towns dont want you there and some towns welcome you with open arms (like Reeds does) win or lose. I would say this even if we lost, you guys have a class act over there. Your stadium announcer wasnt 1 sided, your kids played with passion to the last play, and though there was a lotta a loud pad popping there was good sportsmanship the whole game through. You got a lot to be proud of over there. When you come to our house next year you will be treated the same!

And a sidenote - we fell in love with that little cafe by the school. Not every place you can go and get fried zuccini with a good steak sandwich!

you're welcome. fun game to watch and announce.. thank you for the comments it was my first time with football and i know i missed several plays and players... enjoyed watching your defensive secondary play.. they had several great plays with the 2 interceptions and several great tackles... #5 was a beast and when he figured out to cut it in he ran for several yards.

not too many places you can watch a football game from the bed of your pick up truck..

you are correct the burger shack is a great place for burger and such..also Ma's down town is a great place also...

Glad you enjoyed it. Wish we were less hospitable on the field but I think it was a good game for both programs. Miller isn't your typical place to watch football and I hear Willow isn't either.
I will second the thumbs up for Ma's and also the good words about you Redhead.....well done.

Miller comes to Windsor next week. You probably might want to eat on the trip up. It will take a while to get here.
