There is a process to change and evolve the Constitution...problem is that Millions are fine and dandy with the 2A as is. Millions love the idea of having the right for self defense and protection with the weapons of their choice and to stop and thwart the efforts of the Elite and Powerful to take that away while they hide behind covert private security organizations for self protection but do not believe the rabble is worthy of the same.
