What happened to this guy? I thought he was a for sure D1 QB. Saw he committed to a D2 school and not much press. Did he get injured this year? Looks like he wasn’t even all conference this year…

I think he's one of those guys who heavily benefitted with a bunch of talent around him in their title run and got the accolades. Last year he has less talent and you kinda saw more of who he really is but either way his numbers digressed. He's a nice high school QB but never thought he was D1 and that's ok.
I saw them live LN did not have that run threat they had the prior year and beyond think back to 2019. Put a lot more heat on him in my opinion.
D1 QB positions are very limited. They only scholarship 3-4 per team. I'm thinking if you think it is a dis to be D2 brother, you should look up film on UCM's Zach Zebrowski. Some people got game, and he got over a lot of D1s
No one is dissing him for going D2. I just can’t remember a QB winning a state title and being first team all state to 2nd team all district on a loaded team the following year.
