Laugh out loud and so ironic....those idiots lack any intellectual acumen. There is no side with the Protesters that are shielding the Looters and Rioters. At this point I'm more disgusted with the Protesters than the Rioters because they clearly are complicit with the bad element acting as cover to allow dangerous criminal activity to transpire.
If they truly cared about protecting the innocent and human life they would go home and stop covering the Criminals in their ranks.
No protest should ever be allowed to Happen at night and it should always remain in it's designated zone. If they stray from the parade route then it is unlawful assembly and a mob and should be dealt with with extreme force. This would quickly take care of this crap.

There are still laws regarding legal and illegal assembly. A legal assembly and being a mob is totally different.

I was making the point that the First Amendment specifically states "NO LAWS" shall be enacted to abridge the right of the people peacefully to assemble. Repubs want the constitution to be rigid and unchangeable, word for word, when it suits your agenda. But now you say there are laws that circumvent the constitution, and we no longer interpret the words of the First Amendment exactly as it was written. We are taking about the people in Lafayette Park who were peacefully assembled, as afforded by the First Amendment.
You right wingers on here ( and right media) are playing your little word games by somehow portraying that dems are in favor of rioting, looting, and violence. You know that is just total nonsense. All good law abiding Americans are saddened by the rioting, just as we all are by the death of Mr Floyd. Stop with the foolishness about dems favoring rioting. Key word peacefully assemble....this has long passed that point. And to peacefully assemble you have to not be obstructing others rights....to travel,deal in commerce or live their lives.
I have no problem with legal protest but to roam around over the cityscape willy nilly is not peaceful.And it is a obstruction of others rights and a danger to the citizens as well.
If you can't tell the difference between a Mob and Peacefully assembly Then I can't help you..
And Most conservatives for the most part concede on the 2nd amendment that the owing of Tanks,grenade launchers etc. might not be a great idea but if you take it by the letter of the Law then we should be able to.
