Supposedly Springfield’s power falls under the southwest power pool. It includes 14 states all with the same issue.

I should have said cancelled in the SEMO area, I know some didn't get what we have and some got worse I'm sure. Really just too cold to put kids on a bus even if they could play somewhere. This is some dangerous cold.
