There is no evidence or mention in the filing that Hillary ordered or was involved in any kind of crime. Patel came up with the conspiracy and he is the person who released a statement accusing Hillary of "infiltrating" Trump, and Fox News and the Lying King Trump ran with the rumor like teenage girls in the bathroom.
