They wait for their neocon masters to tell them what to say.No rebuttals. Interesting.
A student in Oregon, An Army veteran, was armed at the school and did not intervene. He was afraid that when SWAT got there they would think he was the culprit and he would get gunned down. The good guy theory debunked again.
Don't recall you calling the crackpot neocon sites 'no value'.So you reference a story by "Raw Story", a very liberal site, which may be true, or may be a complete fabrication, as the end all, be all proof that having a concealed weapon is of no value.
Because one student on a college campus has a gun, is not near the scene of the attack, and wisely chooses to stay away,...........this proves your point?.........
Don't recall you calling the crackpot neocon sites 'no value'.
But hey...
I love it when you have no rebuttal and attack some source I've never heard of when I saw it on CNN. At least you had two posts in a row without playing the fetus/abortion card.
They don't have time to reply they are all sitting around cleaning their weapons in case they need to protect people from some gun nut.
I don't blame him. I'm not sure how this is some sort of evidence guns don't save people. Did somebody in the classroom of those killed have a gun? Was the shooter killed with mace?
You guys are the ones that claim we will have a bunch of vigilantes on our hands. Seems to me this guy was practicing good decision making.
If you saw no rebuttal, You are just a little bit daft, but I am going to bed, so you have plenty of time to build credibility in your story. I respect you enough to give you 7 or 8 hours to research.
At least you are original, and I respect that. Not yes men like Veer, Wildcat, and Expect.
No rebuttals. Interesting.
I just listened to the interview with the young man. He is exactly the kind of people we need armed on campus. We just need a lot more of them. He said they were at least 200 yards away from were the shootings were taking place and were told to lock down and stay where they were and that's what they did.
Put s half dozen young men like them armed in every classroom and not just one guy on a campus this crap would stop.
Never said anything about having paid armed security guards. Half dozen students in each class as level headed as that one young man will work fineHalf dozen people? You going to pay them a salary? You going to pay for their training in every single class in America?
That's realistic.
Richard you are one sick mo-fo.If you saw no rebuttal, You are just a little bit daft, but I am going to bed, so you have plenty of time to build credibility in your story. I respect you enough to give you 7 or 8 hours to research.

Its never going to change. Nothing changed after elementary school kids were gunned down. If that doesn't spark change, nothing will.Really, I mean really so much crazy talk. I have no idea what the answer to this problem is, but I do know that it's not adding more guns to the situation. Good Lord how many people have to be killed by guns before we realize that good guys with guns are not the answer.

Hillary is spewing crap about expanding background checks..this guy passed multiple background checks and from what I have heard bought every gun legally.
More laws will do nothing more than screw with law abiding people. Someone who is completely insane and is wanting to murder dozens of people will not even be slowed down by any law.
We protect politicians, court houses, celebrities, sporting events (cops everywhere at Friday night football games). It ceases to amaze me that people are so against doing something that could actually stop this senseless killing and put measures in place to secure our schools.
This doesn't square with your argument above about arming teachers instead of having paid security. We don't arm offensive linemen and fans and tell them to be on the lookoutHillary is spewing crap about expanding background checks..this guy passed multiple background checks and from what I have heard bought every gun legally.

There are plenty of laws that would reduce gun violence over time. I await your support for said laws based upon this post.Hillary is spewing crap about expanding background checks..this guy passed multiple background checks and from what I have heard bought every gun legally.

http://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2015/01/defensive-gun-ownership-myth-114262?paginate=falseGood guys with guns rectified the situation. Just saying.
I never said anything about teachers. Most teachers I have met probably shouldn't own a dull knife much less a firearmThis doesn't square with your argument above about arming teachers instead of having paid security. We don't arm offensive linemen and fans and tell them to be on the lookout
and what laws would that be??,,,,,,,,I will let you know if I support themThere are plenty of laws that would reduce gun violence over time. I await your support for said laws based upon this post.
National gun registry
If you buy multiple guns in a short period of time bells go off.
We do it with fertilizer and cold pills.
You are fine with the government making you wear your seat belt but it's not OK to make you register a weapon with a magazine that allows you to shoot up a theatre.

you said students, fair enough, but the point still stands on its ownI never said anything about teachers. Most teachers I have met probably shouldn't own a dull knife much less a firearm
the core gun violence problem in the US is easy access to handguns. You have to address that.and what laws would that be??,,,,,,,,I will let you know if I support them
How would background checks every time a person buys a gun "screw with law abiding citizens?"Hillary is spewing crap about expanding background checks..this guy passed multiple background checks and from what I have heard bought every gun legally.
