I am not denying the stats but there is a lot of ways to spin this. The first thing that comes to mind is after the next election this stat could be scrambled. The other is how the large cities look. I do not know how they look so please don’t think I am pointing this in any direction at all.

If you believe the reported numbers. There is no country that counts the same as we do, treats sick the way we do, or anything else the way we do. I see it as apples to oranges. That doesn't mean other countries haven't handled it better. Size of country, population, countries wealth, and demographics are huge variables that you don't have comparing state to state.
