The " Payroll Tax " has been suspended between Sept 1--Dec 31, 2020. Additional payroll tax will be collected between Jan 1 ---April 30, 2021. however Donald Trump is on record to make the Payroll Tax Holiday permanent.

I do not see how anyone of the 61 million people on Social security can vote for Don Trump for a second term! if the above is true. I think you are confused. The Social Security payroll taxes collectible Sept-Dec of this year, if deferred must be paid by the worker in the first Qtr of 2021. Trump can only delay collecting the money he has no authority to actually suspend the tax.

It is completely up to the employer and most companies have elected not to do so.

If it wasn’t for the employee having to eventually pay the taxes next year it would be a big boost for the economy and put a lot of money into workers pockets

Within the next few years either payroll taxes are going to have to go way up or funding for SS will have to shift to general revenue to fund the shortfall anyway.

If Trump wins a second term, the economy will continue to grow increasing revenues and making both programs more stable.

The economy isn't going to grow until we get covid licked, regardless of who is president.

Chris, your post is your opinion, not a fact. You do not know for sure the economy will grow and increase revenue will take place. We must get people back to work. The Trump administration has lost over 150,000 jobs since he has been president with more on the way if the airlines are not baled out. The only way Trump can spin losing jobs is to play the blame game which is a " Trump Trademark" .

Chris, your post is your opinion, not a fact. You do not know for sure the economy will grow and increase revenue will take place. We must get people back to work. Before Covid he had lowest unemployment across all sectors in the last 50 years

Here we go again, The " Blame Game " will always bail the Trump people out however we want real facts not what happen in the past. Trump should be judged on the full four years not the first two years.
