How can the President opposing Congressional subpoenas be an unlawful obstruction when the Supreme Court just ordered the subpoenas cannot yet be enforced because the subpoenas may unconstitutionally interfere with the Presidency?

Hopefully, all the woke study Humanities Departments will be defunded for teaching how Communism is good for America. Start with Harvard and Yale and work way down to MU. Crush them with lawsuits and refund the money to students who took on huge debt. Fire the left-wing pseudoscience professors and replace them with real Social Scientists. Otherwise will end up with what has become the Democrat Party. Kick out all the radicals in the Dem party too. Start with Bernie, Pete, Lieawatha and work on down.
All the senators will pledge an oath to be impartial as the jury in this impeachment trial. Why is it ridiculous to expect to them to at least act like they will be before it starts, especially the guy that will head up this thang.

I agree. The two sides have been talking at each other for a long time. Neither side is listening. If this were a legitimate impeachment it would deserve more.
There might more to talk about if Trump, who says he's done NOTHING wrong, would tell his people to go before congress and and the public and tell the truth about everything that is not classified, and behind closed doors if it is. If he's done no wrong that should vindicate for sure.
In my opinion, the phone call was not perfect. I can see where the Dems could interpret the conversation as the worst-case scenario. It's so dammed crazy now. People really angry on both sides is the world's stupidest understatement. At this point, I am throwing in the towel. I think I will take up not thinking about it. You have a good Christmas.
It wasn't the dems that thought it was very wrong to start with, it was Trump's own people that listened to the call. Merry Christmas to you too. Lots of basketball to take in the next couple of weeks.
