And THIS DECADE...Platte County rated higher than Ladue, finished 7 of ten seasons rated higher than Ladue. Ladue rated lower than Platte County for the decade. Get over it. If Ladue didn't sh*t the bed in 2012, they MIGHT have rated higher. But their team sucked that year.

This isn't a great way to do this you are looking at the strength of team as opposed to earlier when it was broken down based on where teams finished. While a team might have had a highly rated team that doesn't always translate to tangible postseason success which is what should be measured to do this like you did earlier

Of course it does, or the teams in Webb's and Kearney's districts can be completely underrated. Obviously, District 8 has three of the top 7 rated teams over the last decade, but Kearney was knocking them off. Yet, they are still better than most of the teams in the state. Carl Junction never makes it anywhere, yet there they are, top 10. Because they are in the top 10.
