The American Revolution was based on English Common Law and Enlightenment ideas from John Locke and a philosophy. There was a creedal attempt to build something after we broke away from Great Britain. It was less a revolution and more about a gap in thinking.
This has nothing to do with rioting.
BLM and other BidenBernie revolutionaries have no idea what will replace the system. It's just a perpetual revolution from here on in once America dissolves.
These people are claiming America is systemically racist and must be uprooted. According to the BLM leaders, the police are the last vestiges of the KKK and are going around willy nilly killing innocent black men by the thousands.
In their position, all disparities can be cured if they can get rid of the system. And if the system is replaced, with a more equitable system, not shaped by capitalism or the Declaration Of Independence human beings will become better. This is the promise of Karl Marx, Woodrow Wilson, and other early 20th Century progressives.
Men historically were (and still are) overwhelmingly cooperative in securing Women's right to vote. And the same can be said for many issues that have helped women attain equal rights. To say that Women's rights were improved solely because of the Suffrage marches is idiocy.
