The Buckos are definitely giving it their best shot. Cards are probably gonna need 2 out of 3 in the desert. Hopefully it doesn't come down to Sunday's game although we've got Waino lined up if it does and I'd like our chances.

The Pirates could be pretty scary in the playoffs. They are the team on a roll at the right time and we all know what that can lead to.

Just checked on the Braves-Pirates game, Bucos up 10-0 in the 8th. 2 game lead with 3 to go, what more could we ask for? I guess I would ask for the Cardinals not to playing meaningful games out west this weekend, they tend to go past my bedtime.

2 games, they were 2 1/2 out and the Cards didn't play last night. Chances of a tie are lookin pretty good. Maybe the bats will do somethin out west and put it away.

I guess I lost a day in my life somewhere. Thought it was 2 1/2 and they gained a half game by winning with eh Birds not playing. Could be wishful thinkin too.

Need to win out and let the Pirates have a painful time scoreboard watching every night after their game.
