I have sent emails to two different Rivals associated email addresses. Radio silence
They either are having trouble finding a solution (firewalls as we all know are pure cost) or just don't care. Unreal.
Have they replied to you? Also, were you able to call them? If so, post the number so others can call

Sorry to be a smidge late to the game today but Friday is, due to our production schedule, my day to retro back to pretending to be a chemist running our QC Lab. Working to figure out what is happening. I literally do not see this on any other rivals site.
