I'm wondering about where Blair Oaks lands. Would think they would be the favorite in either 2 or 3.

Where are this year's enrollment numbers? I have combed through the MSHSAA site left and right for months now and cannot find them anywhere!
I'm not in the know but I thought BO graduated a bunch. If true I would think LN would be the C2 favorite.

I don't think so. Another question is class 5 the catch all still, or are they moving to class 1? Stupid idea IMO.
Next school year is when the "success factor" as will be defined is in play.
Cards, if catch all is not Class 1 then MO HS FB will keep dropping schools, in my opinion.
I agree.. the only way I see it is class one has to be the catch all. We have to many teams going to 8 man in Missouri we need to fix that too.
How exactly will moving the catch all to class 1 keep schools from dropping down to 8 man? Moving it will make class 2 disparity worse.
Moving the catch all to c1 will make more schools go 8 man. You got several that are there enrollment size now but are staying 11. We went to six friggin classes. Nothing is perfect but the schools with larger enrollment should be able to handle it. Make the cutoff where they are and put who falls in there where they fall.
I think so also Cards. However, they had some multi year starters at the skill positions that were real quality athletes. You can't replace that experience immediately but they will get better as the year goes by and they always seem to have depth. The real question to me is will LePage find or develop a trigger man to run that RPO offense. Some say he has already found one.
Blair Oaks will be a team that gets better as the year goes on since they just reload. Conference wise they got 2 games there in the beginning that they could get upset - Boonville is probably the most talented and Versailles has the best QB. But more than likely another conference title going to Wardsville.
I think progression will be the key in C2. In the end you will see the usual suspects but there doesn't appear to be any loaded carry over teams. Who ever can progress the most throughout the year will be left standing.
I think whoever wins their last game of the year will be the one who wins the title.
Not necessarily. There’s the Turkey Day game played in St Louis between Kirkwood and Webster Groves.
BO is gonna have all 1st time starters at the offensive skill positions?? Yea they'll still be in the mix for class 2 but Class 3 they definitely will not be the favorites. Final 4 teams from Class 3 are bringing back All-State talent and leaders.
BO competing with class 3 without key players will be challenging
You'll find out the first week, BO plays Maryville again I believe.
So it was basically a home/'neutral' series. hmmm...
Bet it's still a good game. That RPO is a great system.
