Just a reminder that the summer is almost upon us and it's time to start thinking about summer cross country camp. SWMO Running Camp is the affordable choice for a week of team bonding and overall personal growth. At $110.00 for five days, this is by far the best value of any running camp going, anywhere. Last year saw 107 campers in only our second year and with all of the verbal commitments, this year's camp looks to be even bigger and better.
Our staff includes Dustin Miller (Head Boys Recruiting Officer at Missouri Southern State University) and Dr. John Dougherty (Department Chair over the Division of Family Medicine at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences). Coaches will receive clinical information from Dr. Dougherty and his team of medical students throughout the week.
The dates of our camp are July 26th thru July 30th.

Plus, coaches have the choice of staying in air-conditioned cabins or roughing it with their campers. The counselor/coach to runner ratio is around 6 to 1.
