SW MO Top Teams?

I moved to the Neosho, MO area over the summer and would like to know which schools in the area have the best football traditions and overall success and which teams are projected to have the best seasons. I know that Webb City has a very rich tradition but what other schools (including NE OK and NW AR) are fun to watch? I might even venture as far as Tulsa.
