If Ginsburg goes down, will the Pubs try to fill her seat? Or has precedent been set that we now have to wait until after the election this close? Personally I think they have to wait...what are others opinions. If they don't wait I think it will fire up the Dems like no other.

P.S I don't think Ginsburg will go another 4 years so this election I think will come down to who gets to pick her seat. So could that drive up votes.

McConnell is already on record, he will fill that vacancy immediately.

What precedent has been set? McConnell wouldn't even allow hearings on a nominee in February before the election. Then when asked a few months ago if a position on the SC came open would he fill it he said YES!!!

I'm conflicted on the idea......I think after the last 4 years of the Russian Hoax,Impeachment Hoax,Bret Kavanaugh Hoax, the BLM Riots that have gone on in a effort to fundamentally change America that the last bastion of Old Guard will probably Ramrod Trumps nomination through because at this point nobody is going to heal this divide.

This is the ugly side of politics, being a moderate I hated that the Pubs held up the nomination, knowing that if they ever had their chance, like they might have soon, they would push one thru, only creating more tension between both political parties. This only further divides our country and drives an unhealable wedge between us.

Ruth Buzzy Ginsberg will be propped up on every life support mechanism available if necessary. If that failed, there would be weekend at Bernies type efforts to hide her demise. There won't be an appointment until after the election at the earliest. Just one more reason to vote against Hiden Biden.
