9:30am: Design a Sport Specific Work Out
10:30am: Post Work Out and Nutrition Issues
11:30am: How to adapt Exercises and Programs
12:30pm: Lunch in Tucker Dining Hall
Cost: $25/coach; $20 per coach for more than one coach from the same school.
Each session will consist of a presentation and a round-table discussion.
