I change my tune. After watching numerous discussions today and hearing various theories on what Pelosi is doing, I believe Pelosi and the DNC has timed this out so the 2 weeks prior to the Iowa caucus both Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren will be tied up 6 days a week in the trial and unable to be in Iowa while Biden and Bootygig can make a full on assault.

DNC announced the debate will be moved to another date if they are in trial by then so I guess that line is out the window.

Not sure where you get that. Pelosi is a shrewd person who can kill two birds with one stone. If you think she is on the side of Warren and Sanders and won’t work to set up the establishment candidate you are smoking some of that weed you and Biden claim is a gateway drug.

No one has ever told me why Bernie gets to run as a democrat when he is a registered and elected independent senator. In some states you can't even vote in a primary as a dem unless you are registered as a dem. Why doesn't he run as an independent?

Meaning Sanders and Warren will not be there during the critical last few weeks while Biden and Bootygig will.

If people in Iowa don't know who they want by now they ain't gonna figure it out by the time they actually caucus , they'll just pick who ever other folks can convince to vote for that night. Dumbest way to pick the choice for nominee in a state I ever!

They don't get a vote except in their home state. I will agree that 'super delegates' are about a dumb as a caucus.

Actually several on meet the press brought up the same idea this weekend. That Pelosi, has had this planned along, very funny that no matter what, once the trial starts those severing the Senate will be pulled away from the campaign trail.
