Two big sequences were the foul away from the ball when it looked like the two players were just jostling for position and they counted the 3 point basket and Lift for Life got a layup, and then with about a minute and a half left, Steelville up 9 and Lift for Life hit a 3, got a turnover and hit another 3. Feel bad for the Steelville girls, but Lift for Life could have folded up and didn't.

What made it even more crazy is that they were able to make up 9 points in the last minute and a half without having to foul and put Steelville on the line. Steelville had some turnovers and took a few rushed shots. It just shows that the better team doesn’t always win. I know I am biased but I still think Miller would of beat Steelville 8 out of 10 times but Steelville played probably their best game of the year (according to their coach) that being said I was cheering for Steelville and hoping they would win it all.

Amazing resilience shown by the Lady Cardinals, who themselves were down 9 with about 3:00 to play. Tipton missed some front-ends and Pennock hits a 3 to complete the comeback with about 9 seconds to play and put the Lady Cards up by 2.
