What 'stars' were the classes that contributed to Mizzou's success in 2007, 2012 and 2013? Top 5 classes? Because they ended up there a couple times on the field.

Teams that recruit well are significantly more likely to make the playoff or a major bowl, yes or no?

Recruit well? Sure. Define 'well'. A 5 star QB for Ga Tech won't be a 5 star for a chuck and duck big bevo team. Who are these folks doing the ratings? What are their qualifications? Being a web designer? Sucking up to large subscriber fan bases? Remember when Texas and ND and Nubs would get all these top 10 classes and put crap teams on the field? I sure do.

And then there's this....I guess 1,2 and 3 stars aren't talented.

Texas and ND have played for national championships in the last 10 years...Nebraska won at least 9 games for like 7 years in a row...yeah, terrible results.

Texas is a train wreck.
ND didn't deserve the NC game and got curbstomped because of it. Only people that think they belonged were the bcs and ND fans. Play their normal cupcake schedule and get steamrolled in big bowl games . ND never won a BCS game with all those top 10 classes. Stars!
Nebraska? What? Teams with STARS should win more than 9 games against a crappy schedule. It won't matter now . They can't recruit to that armpit.

Mizzou is a shell of their former self. Good luck.

They were pronounced DOA many times the last few years. Stand back and watch..

And UF didn't win the SEC. You got their jv. Congrats.

Well, those who announced them DOA were right 50% of the time since joining the SEC.
