Finally had a chance to watch the replay and two things stand out

Liberty North is not that bad. They will not challenge Staley this year but will give plenty of team fits as the year plays out. And I would not want to see these guys in the post season. The Liberty North/Liberty game is a must see. I still think Liberty has a good chance to run the regular season table.

This Staley team is better than advertised and may be better than the Morgan Stewart lead State Champions a few yers back. If they stay healthy they will be tough to beat. The three weeks of Platte/ BS/ Fort O is a monster schedule. The 9/8 game agaisnt Blue Springs is going to be on my list.

I think they actually play at Blue Springs South week 4. Last time I checked MSHSAA had them playing Blue Springs who actually plays Park Hill that week. Nevertheless totally agree about Staley. Liberty North we shall see but saw Jones and staff produce a much better Kearney team the end of 2006 than week 1 so you could be right about them, too.

i noticed that three way schedule conflict on 9/8 myself. Maybe someone from Blue Springs (the dark one) can let us know who they actually play that week. If they are at Park Hill, I'm there Hat !

Blue Springs, according to prepskc.com, is at Park Hill week 4. I hope to be free to go to games by then..............but may go down to HVille. We shall see...........

Probably true until/unless they face a team like last year's Vianney. The brackets would place that in the title game this year not the semifinal.

They do play at Park Hill that week. Would love to be there but the wife and I are traveling to Columbus Oh to take in THE OHIO STATE game against OU.
