If qb is out next week. Backup was crazy nervous with 2 bad turnovers in his 1st 3 possessions. QB also punts and that was an issue with the backup punter as well.
Their D is really good but had at least 3 really bad personal foul penalties.
OP could have made this one even more interesting if their Offense was any good, they had no passing game whatsoever and it killed them.
Staley also missed 2 makable FG's and 2 PATs.
Next week could be very interesting.

Now you aren't telling the whole story. Got to hand it to OP. They looked to be Staley's equal in every way. In the second half OP fumbled twice inside Staley's 20 and had multiple penalties on 1st and goal to go up by two scores. Staley dodged a bullet and could have lost this one by two or three TD's.

And yet you told us on this same board that OP is terrible against anyone with a pulse. The OP RB ran for over a hundred in the first half. The qb getting hurt didn’t have anything to do with that. This is the same qb who fumbled and threw away the game against Fort Osage last year. So maybe he would’ve done the same thing as his replacement. Kudos to OP for showing up. I think NKC will lay an egg next week no matter who the Staley QB is. Last year they were better and didn’t even show up.

That usually doesn't happen two years in a row. But, heck, who knows?

I still think OP's O is terrible and their coach did them NO favors last night. If Staley QB doesn't get hurt I doubt this game is even close, they got lucky with one big run, but yes, OP showed up, more-so than last few times they've played. Staley's awful personal foul penalties put OP in great field position several times. NKC was one dimensional last year and Staley slammed that dimension shut, that is why NKC lost last year to Staley, they couldn't do anything else.
