THE OZARKS
Looks like their bleachers only seat about 1,000 from the google view.
And there are no visitors seating.

I’m wondering if that’s going to be enough. It very well may, who knows.

But with it being a Saturday game and good weather and the semi finals, I would be shocked if WP didn’t bring at least 300-400 and they could very well bring more than that

With St Dom being a private, maybe they will only have as many people as WP, and in that case, it would be fine, but just something I noticed

I know any of the high school kids who want to go will be bused there with the quarterback club paying for their entry.

I just looked at the weather and it’s saying rain?

But I would agree 300-400 sounds right.

It says 80% chance of rain as of now but it’s 3 and a half days til then so I won’t be shocked if the forecast drastically changes or it just rains for an hour or so

There are minimum requirements to host depending on the Class. Without looking and from memory 1,000 for Class 4 doesn't meet the requirement. Not sure how that is handled, probably the visiting school would have to file a complaint. I'm sure the Webbies can fill us in, half joking. I know it was a serious concern when they had to travel to St Mary's a few years back, but afterwards they were fairly universal in their praise in how St Mary's handled it.

Take a look at St Doms stadium on google.
It’s a nice stadium don’t get me wrong, but it the bleachers are barely larger than 8 man Tarkio

Lebanon didn't mean the seating requirements last week and it wasn't handled at all. They didn't have enough seating for their own fans so the home fans began bleeding into the Carthage section.

I was at a playoff game between Francis Howell and Desmet at Desmet and some fans were standing on the walkway between the football field and one of their other fields and some of Desmet's student section were standing on the track. The bleachers they had weren't any bigger than other Class 6 schools in the area's home bleachers.

WP grandstands seats about 2000-2200 roughly. Could probably pack more in if needed.
They have extra portable bleachers on each side for the student sections and what not that total another 500ish between all of them.

Visitor side seats somewhere between 300-500 depending on how much you pack it in.

For a grand total of about 3000-3,500 depending on how much you pack it in.

I know in years past WP did bring in some extra portables on the visitors side when large crowds were expected.

By the looks of it, Lebanons home side seats around 1,500 and seems they still don’t have any visitors side seating on the opposite side of the field.
I probably haven’t been to that stadium since 2005 give or take.

St Dom while being private brings out some fans. Keep in mind it’s in st Charles, which is a little more blue collar than the private school side of St. Louis. So it’s a different kind of private out there. There is a good size hill you could sit on and some areas for chairs. In the past when MICDS has played them, the visiting team is on the side closest to the bleachers as well, so that can be a fun time.

I just googled “highest cost of living in missouri” those exact words, and the very first search return said that Saint Charles has the highest cost of living in the entire state(BUT I know different websites will say otherwise)
That was just the first one that popped up so I found it funny after you used the words blue collar.
Not picking on you. Just found that funny lol

Lol, if St Chuck is highest cost, the people of Ladue and Huntleigh Hills are gonna be pissed when they find out the overspent on housing. Maybe they are factoring in the heroin and meth spend as well??

I think this may have been figuring everything in, not just the cost of a home.

I didn’t figure St Charles was the costliest.
Keep in mind I’ve lived in St Louis for the better part of the last 4-5 years. I’m not totally ignorant to the wealthy areas of the Lou lol

I’d say Chesterfield is higher to if I had to guess.

I would say from Webster Groves, north to Ladue and then west to Wildwood would have the highest cost of living. With the highest being the area around John Boroughs and MICDS, Webster and Kirkwood 2nd and then the area around. Marquette and Layfayette high school 3rd. I don’t go out to the Chuck very often, so maybe it’s all changed the closer you get to wentzville.

I am pretty familiar with the area if anyone needs restaurant suggestions.

EXAGGERATE MUCH??? I haven't seen any 8-man facilities anywhere close to what St. Dominic has...surely you jest...

That tiny 8 man school also did a 1-2 million dollar renovation on their high school gym thanks to all the tax money from the hundreds of windmills around the town.
Nicest small school gym in NW Missouri now and it’s not even close.

Complete with indoor batting cages and pitching mounds for the baseball team, state of the art weight room and an indoor track on the second level of the gymnasium.

I get a feeling that you don’t away from the eastern side of the state much.

I will vouch for seeing Graphic Edge Guy all over MO and probably in other states, too!
