Yes, a huge upset. Any comments on this game. I thought it was a misprint when I first saw it on MSHSAA website. What the heck happened. Just looking at some scores this year, Potosi beat St. Charles West 53-31. Potosi was not very good this year. St. Charles West had a good record and beat some teams (Orchard Farm, Winfield, Warrenton, and University City to name a few) but maybe by only a couple of TD"s. Very surprised that SCW beat Lutheran North. I just assumed that it would be a Cardinal Ritter v Lutheran North championship game for Class 3. Better Class 3 teams all seem to be stacked on one side of the bracket (Cardinal Ritter, Park Hills, Pleasant Hill, and Maryville) and the other side looks wide open.

They said North’s qb was out. But their bread & butter was the run game, and direct snapped to their RB’s over half the time even when they had their starting qb.

SCW d-line must have stepped up big league. Happy for them. Huge upset.
