How many schools are switching from Fall to Spring?

I know Clearwater switched, pretty sure there's another team in the Ozark Foothills Conference that did but I can't remember who it is.

Greenville is the other OFC team that moved to Spring season.

Are you allowed to play in both tournaments or do you have to make a choice?

You had to chose when the option was made available. Not sure when you can change back to the other season if you want.
