Watch out for Sparta. They destroyed Reeds Spring 90-11 in their opening game. Now Reeds Spring isn't very good, but that is a very decisive win from a Class 2 school over a Class 4 one. They are starting 5 sophomores, girls who have been playing together for years and happen to all be very talented. The good junior is no longer even playing, she averaged 17 ppg her freshman year, the season before the current sophomores entered high school.
They play a very weak schedule coming up but they do play good Blue Eye, Ash Grove, Clever, etc teams after the new year.
The big question is if Sparta stays Class 2 or moves up to Class 3. They are close to the cut off, I believe.
