I mean, why not? If she was great at math, and the math department at Strafford was 100x better than Sparta no one would say a word.
They aren't 100 times better though. They played in district championship and strafford won by 9.
Is math regulated by mshsaa ? I guess you could say scholar bowl.
SWMO is like STL with all these transfers.

As a whole, the programs arent close.
MSHSAA? If they say it’s wrong it must right. They should totally dictate how you get your kid better. You at least have to have a teaching certificate to teach, as flawed as it is. What do coaches need to coach? Nothing. It’s why football coaches coach JV basketball. Varsity baseball coaches, who never played a second of organized basketball, coach JH and JV basketball. And don’t get me started on the coaches on the girls side. Hey, you need an extra 3k? Come coach. No need to be qualified....just be a warm body and willing to listen to clueless parents and even more clueless school boards. Oh, and be sure to play the booster clubs presidents kid. We need new shooting shirts...
There are rules. You can make excuses all you want but SWMO has turned into StL.
And if it was only about getting better then the athlete should be 365'd and work hard in practice.
Stand and watch a “coach” install sets they can’t teach counters to? Get outta here. Who cares? The 4th best player at Sparta doesn’t touch a ball until season starts. Why be held hostage by someone not as committed as you?
That doesnt keep anyone else from getting better.
Its just for competitive purpose
The family did move, they built a house in Strafford district.
Lots of drama in Sparta with the other kids and parents. Jealousy issues. They made a good move. Strafford will win Class 3 championship most likely. Or even Class 4 if they move up, they are right on the cusp.
Sparta does have a girl who didn't play last yr but led the team in scoring as a freshman playing again, so that will help. They will still be solid.
