I don't know much about 8-man but I'm going to one of the games this week and wondered if any of you had some insight on any of the teams.

I advise EVERY MO 8 Man fan tune in Friday night to the only playoff game in the State at Rosendale (North Andrew). That winner is very likely to hoist the trophy one week from Thursday night in Columbia.
The North Andrew/Archie game is likely the championship. Both teams beat LeBlond by 28ish in the regular season and Archie beat Sweet Springs by 40 a month ago.
Interesting tidbit: after NWMO owned this class (pretty much were this class for many years) we could see a second WEMO team win it all this year. Archie is beyond legit.
North Andrew offense vs. Archie defense would be my "key" matchup in this one.
I usually don't care for D in 8 man but really like theirs. Definitely plunking down (don't get me started on MSHSAA's ridiculous playoff policies, though) the ten bucks plus fee to watch this one!
Since they have over 30 kids out is there any chance Archie will go back to 11-man?

And get turbo clocked half they year and then go back to 8 the next year when half the guys quit because losing isn’t fun?
