Either attempt to impeach him or shut up about it. Complaining but not having the testicular fortitude to even ATTEMPT to do something about the problem is just childish whining.
Put all the cards on the table and see how it shakes out. If there's an impeachable offense it has to be voted on, getting everyone on the record seems like a great idea with an upcoming election and a lot to gain for both sides.
