SMS.....Kari Koch????

I did not see her name in the box score against Arkansas-Little Rock. Is she injured or did she play and not score? Any info would be appreciated.

Kari strained her knee a couple of weeks ago, sat out the last two games.

she wont play i predict till missouri valley starts... smsu program is starting to decline in my opinion other than koch, the they have very little offence coming from the post and they r signing more guards ??? why cant they get some big girls??? the gym was 3/4 full for the home opener? they r not even a 500 team without koch.

Kari played her first game with a lot of minutes tonight and did very well. 16 points and 7 assists. The Lady Bears start off their conference season with a nice win over Bradley, 87-73(?). Already forgot how many points Bradley had, but that's close. Jenni Lingor tied her career high of 34 pts. to go along with 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Jenni is either 1st or 2nd in scoring in the nation, averaging over 23 ppg. The Lady Bears are now 6-4, 1-0 in conference play. They are in the top ten in 3 point shooting, both in percentage and 3's made and also in the top 10 in free throw shooting.

there are a ton of guards out there and very few posts. All the good ones go big time. Harder to find a big man (woman) just like in the boys unless you want a 5'10 inside player.
