Can anyone shed some light on Parkway West? Predictions?

I predicted a Sikeston-Parkway West six weeks ago. The Parkway West Longhorns are a big team led by Jr. Wyatt Yess 6'8" and Sr. Nick Lathrop 6'6" ( Nick may not play because of an injury ). I saw the Longhorns play in the Meramec Christmas Tournament. The Longhorns lost to Hazelwood Central and Vianney ( With C. Gordon ) I was impressed with the way they played. I attended a Parkway West @ Webster game ( 3 weeks ago ) and was not impressed. I though the Longhorns were ready to check in their uniforms after this game, they were really bad that night but since that lost, they have won 10 straight games including class 4 district 4 and a section game against a decent Lutheran South team.

The Lonhorns best wins this season:

The Nick Lathrop injury will no doubt hurt the Longhorns. I can see a competitive game between Parkway West and Sikeston but Sikeston should be a big favorite to advance to the class 4 final four next weekend. I believe a very good Vashon Wolverines team will be the opponent. This will be a very difficult game for the winner of the Longhorn-Bulldog game but a fun game for the fans.

Rocket, I believe you should make reservation in Columbia for next weekend.

I do know our coaching staff said Parkway West is very good, skilled, and big. They are expecting a tough game from Parkway West.

Interesting side note I have since learned....Sikeston has played Parkway West one other time, back in 1991, when Scott Highmark played for them. Not sure of the final, but I think they hammered us pretty good. The kids on both teams weren't even born then. Ha!

It's difficult for me to get a good read on Parkway West. They were playing Hazelwood Central, Webster and Vianney ( With C. Gorden ) when I saw the Longhorns play.
