The feds had him, why did they turn him over to the locals for something they wouldn't even keep him in custody for? Better question is why did they give him so many chances?

Have you seen the new cell phone case that looks like a gun? They have a gun handle on the bottom of the cell phone holder. Who in their right mind would buy one of those things? If you pull that out you're just inviting a cop, or anyone else, to shoot you down.

Police departments are warning people NOT to buy the goofy cell phone cases so they'll probably sell like hotcakes.
