IF, as Hunter is claiming, he applied for a gun license 12 days after he left rehab (and assuming he was clean) how do you prove he was an addict at that time? What is the statute of limitations on still being an addict after rehab?

I saw the specific question on the application. It included marijuana. Wonder how many applicants lied about smoking pot??

Lying on the form is almost never prosecuted unless there was an accompanying crime involving use of the gun. So this trial is to try and prove he was using drugs at the time he filled out the form. No actual gun crime. But no one can say how ridiculous this is because the Trumpers will bring up Mango McMushroom’s conviction.
